Feeder & Stacker

The perfect way to increase your productivity

Speed up workflow, reduce material damage and waste, and increase productivity in short-run production. The Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker helps automate pallet-to-pallet board handling, eliminating manual bottlenecks and delivering higher output without adding labor costs for a more efficient and competitive production process.

Ideal for short-run production

The Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker keeps short-run jobs moving with fast automatic load cycles and efficient sheet handling. An optional underside camera automates registration mark and barcode detection, reducing setup time by up to 30 minutes per job.

Continuous production

Continuous production

Increase productivity by streamlining material loading and reducing operator intervention in large-format digital finishing. By eliminating manual handling bottlenecks, this automated sheet handling solution speeds up short-run production and enables longer periods of unattended operation for a more efficient workflow.

Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker

A streamlined operation

A full-size vacuum plenum plate minimizes manual adjustments and reduces setup time, while an advanced vacuum system ensures optimal airflow for reliable material handling. With a streamlined design and minimal moving parts, it also supports longer maintenance intervals and faster servicing to maximize uptime.

Perfect stack alignment

Perfect stack alignment

Protect printed materials throughout the handling process with gentle sheet transport, precise cut registration, and accurate stack alignment for smooth, consistent downstream production. The optional Underside Camera also enables reliable processing of printed media with the print side down.

Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker handles a wide range of materials

Handles a wide range of materials

With a 915 mm (36 in.) stack height for fewer pallet changes and continuous sheet handling, the Kongsberg Feeder & Stacker supports sheet sizes up to 3200x1600 mm (126x63 in.) and processes a wide range of packaging and display materials, including single, double and triple wall corrugated, solid board and display carton, as well as corrugated plastic, fluted core board, and honeycomb board.

Underside camera

Save up to 30 minutes per setup

The optional Underside Camera simplifies print-side-down conversion by scanning the sheet from below during loading and automatically detecting registration marks, barcodes, and sheet position without interrupting the workflow. This removes the need for manual sheet checks and complex registration calculations.

The result is faster setup, with time savings of up to 30 minutes per job, while reducing test sheets, material waste, and operator intervention for a more efficient finishing process.

The investment in the automated Feeder & Stacker ensures that we can achieve more in less time. The underside camera alone, which takes away the manual processes of checking each sheet and calculating registration marks, will save us up to 30 minutes on each job.
