MultiCam CNC Cutting Solutions MultiCam employees bring a wide array of life and work experience to work.We employ experienced MultiCam users, former MultiCam owners, former employees from competing CNC companies, and a great many college graduates across every department. Management The top management of MultiCam includes the original founder, Ken Koelling, who continues to take an active part in the day to day activities at MultiCam. Kris Hanchette started with MultiCam 19 years ago and is Vice President and General Manager. Kris has degrees in both electronics and robotics technology. The Director of Sales and Marketing is John Harris, who founded his own CNC router company back in the early 90’s. John has been with MultiCam for eight years. The Chief Financial Officer, Douglas Trinh, comes to MultiCam from defense contractor, Lockheed Martin. Douglas has been with MultiCam for nearly a year. Dave Streater, Operations Manager, is a former company owner and MultiCam user. After selling his company six years ago, Dave joined MultiCam bringing expertise in technical and customer services, and organizational skills in getting the best out of his departments that include Technical and Customer Service, Quality Control, and machine and component shipping. Manufacturing Manufacturing Manager, Russ Bran, came to MultiCam after a career in the furniture manufacturing industry. Through Russ' expertise and guidance over the last eight years, MultiCam manufacturing methods took a quantum leap in productivity and quality. His supervisory staff has multiple years of experience along with numerous manufacturing employees that produce our equipment. Overall, the manufacturing department includes assemblers, welders, machinists, programmers, and warehouse staff. With a combined experience base of over 100 years, the manufacture of MultiCam machines is unsurpassed by anyone. Engineering Tony McGrew, educated at the University of Oregon, and his group of six mechanical engineers and two electrical engineers and a technical writer are the backbone of the MultiCam machines. This dedicated group has over 90 years of engineering expertise. Technical and Customer Service Under the leadership of Dale Hildebrand, MultiCam's Technical and Customer Service staff has well over 100 years of experience. Supporting 70 offices and distributors around the world, the Technical and Customer Service group is comprised of 16 individuals that are committed to providing the best service possible after the sale. Each distributor and office is required to have their own staff of technical and customer service personnel. In addition to training these satellite offices technical personnel, Dale's group is tasked with supporting their needs and questions in a timely manner to ensure that regardless of where a MultiCam machine is located, local personnel have the tools and training necessary to support the installation. Quality Control The three people that comprise the Quality Control organization bring a combined 26 years of experience at MultiCam. Two of the three have over 12 years at MultiCam each. This stability in QC has ensured that the quality of the MultiCam machines is not an afterthought, but an integral part of the overall production process. Government Sales Ken Rock has five years of experience with MultiCam, but Ken has been involved with CAD/CAM software and machines for nearly 25 years. His solicitation submissions are thorough, detailed, and exceed the requirements expected. |
