MultiCam CNC Plasma Cutting Systems
1000 Series
Available with the full range of Hypertherm Powermax air plasma systems, the 1000 series unitized table machine is ideal for HVAC applications. However, when equipped with a HySpeed Oxygen plasma system, the heavy all steel plate frame base and downdraft fume evacuation table (or optional water table) are equally at home cutting 5/8” plate steel with dross free results. 1000 Series machines are available in widths up to 80” and lengths up to 240” and offer heavy-duty performance at a very affordable price.
1000 Series Bridge and Rail
This extension of our popular 1000 series fixed table machine is designed for the manufacturer that desires the versatility of the bridge and rail design. Available in a wide range of working envelopes, you can either purchase or fabricate your own cutting table. Optional oxy-fuel torches and a full range of Hypertherm plasma units allow the 1000 Series Bridge and Rail to cut a wide range of steel and aluminum materials.
3000 Series
The popular 3000 series unitized table machine is the perfect choice for the shop looking for high-performance and versatility. Available in widths up to 8 feet and lengths up to 24 feet, the 3000 series can be equipped with zoned down draft tables and integrated dross drawers or optional water tables. Available with the full Hypertherm plasma lineup, the 3000 series is our flagship unitized table machine and will cut a wide range of materials with virtually dross free results.
6000 Series Bridge and Rail
Our 6000 series is designed for the manufacturer needing a large process area and wanting to cut heavy materials without sacrificing accuracy or cut quality. Featuring heavy-duty 35 mm linear bearings and oversize brushless digital AC servo drives, the motion platform is independent from the cutting table helping to eliminate damage from material loading and the high heat of oxy-fuel cutting. Available in widths up to 20 feet and lengths up to 100 feet plus, the 6000 series is ideal for heavy metal applications.
