MultiVision ™ Digital Registration System

Cutting out your digital prints has never been easier! MultiVision automatically finds the reference marks or fiducials on your print file then uses this information to locate the images to be cut, adjust for linear distortion and image rotation. The new MultiCam MultiVision system easily integrates into your existing workflow while providing the additional flexibility of utilizing a traditional tool pathing software for general sign shop routing.

Rapid Shape Template Digitizer

MultiCam Rapid Shape ™ can automatically digitize complicated shapes. This option is ideal for:

• Converting existing routing templates to CNC code
• Making CNC files from existing parts
• Creating CNC files from patterns

Bar Code Scanner

The MultiCam Bar-code Scanning Interface is one tool that no production shops should live without. The Bar-code scanner has been developed to reduce setup time, minimize errors, and work directly with shop floor work orders.

Auto Misting Unit

MultiCam offers the UNIST Coolubricator Misting option for use on  metal, general sign, and any other cutting applications that require cooling/lubricating. The UNIST system uses a combination of air and a fine fluid mist of Coolube 2210 premium vegetable based lubricant. This process is extremely important when cutting aluminum and brass.

The UNIST system is integrated with the MultiCam control system. When the tool is in the up position the mister is turned off. The system is turned on just before entering the material. This automated function will help conserve the CoolubeTM lubricating/misting fluid.  A LIFETIME WARRANTY is offered on the UNIST system when Coolube 2210 is used.  www.unist.com .

Engraving Spindle

The MultiCam engraving option is ideal for most engraving applications. Floating nose engraver is belt driven directly from the router spindle. The spindle accepts standard top loading engraving cutters.

The engraving spindle comes standard with a 1/4 collet. Many other collet sizes are available including 11/64.

Vinyl Knife

The vinyl attachment is a standard swivel drag knife assembly. This option is used for large format vinyl cutting, cutting paper mask on acrylic sheets for painting, and for cutting paint grip. It can also be used for cutting vinyl on flex face signs.

The vinyl attachment can be easily attached without having to remove the spindle.

Material Handling Systems

MultiCam offers Palamatic Handling USA Inc.'s line of MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEMS.  The systems are suspended from Gorbel Cranes which are well know for their ease of use, reliability, and quality workmanship.  Lifting Systems and Cranes are available to handle weight of up to 160lbs, 300lbs, and 500lbs.  MultiCam continues to proved you with one stop shopping to equip your shop.

Tool Changer Options

MultiCam's automatic tool changing systems have many special features such as an eight position rotary Carousel, and automatic tool length compensation with touch probe to automatically calibrate and store tool length offsets. Collet Spindle Options

The Colombo 3, 7.5 and 12 HP collet spindles are excellent general-purpose spindles.  These spindles are low maintenance spindles come standard with Torque Monitoring, Digital Spindle speed control, and industry standard ER style collets.

Vacuum Options

The vacuum systems available from MultiCam have been developed through years of testing and trial. Because many applications require different hold down techniques, the standard systems offered meet a wide range of demands. All MultiCam systems feature solid phenolic working surfaces. The phenolic is gridded on a standard pattern with .5" grooves on 2" centers. Ports and optional valving arrangements vary with the size and type of system.

Drilling Options

Multicam offers a couple options when selecting your drilling needs. The 32 mm Gang drill has added features such as a full rotation capability for nested sheet applications and the Electric/ Pneumatic drill adds up to 2 additional drills to the MultiCam for added production efficiency.
